Details

What to know

The simple idea

A dedicated screen in the cinema room shows what is playing, poster artwork, progress, source information and fallback visuals when metadata is limited.

Why it exists

Many poster display tools focus on a single library or ecosystem. Poster Player is designed for real rooms where people may use Zidoo, Apple TV, Spotify, TMDb and other systems together.

What it is not

Poster Player is not a media player replacement and does not need to control playback. It focuses on visual presentation, source detection and display management.

FAQ

Quick answers

No. It displays Now Playing information and poster artwork. Your existing player or streaming device handles playback.

Can it run on any screen?
